Eagle’s Trace Selects REES Associates as Project Architect

New neighborhood to add assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation & long-term nursing care services to retirement community campus

HOUSTON, TX—Eagle’s Trace, an Erickson Living retirement community, announced the selection of REES Associates to design its newest neighborhood.

Eagle’s Trace is planning its extended care neighborhood comprised of 96 units offering assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care services to residents, fulfilling its continuum of care mission.

Established in 1975, REES Associates maintains a strong Texas base.  REES has successfully completed over 7,400 projects worldwide and expanded its business with strong specializations in senior living and health care.

The seventy-acre community is located in West Houston.  In its independent living neighborhoods, Eagle’s Trace currently features 467 apartment homes with a variety of one and two bedroom floor plans and pricing options.
